1. Hygiene Sue Virtual Learning
Welcome to the Level 2 HACCP - Virtual Learning Course.
This course provides an introduction to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points management system. It is made up of a series of short, easy-to-follow training modules recorded by Sue Richardson. The modules include training materials, practice exam questions, and ongoing support from Sue via email or Zoom meetings.
Booking Your Exam
Once you have completed the training, you will need to book your exam. To book your exam, please email Hygiene Sue at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 working days in advance. The exam will be taken online and can be taken Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
